Community-Based Land Use Plan Committee (CLUPC)
Tse Dáá K’áán (Hogback) residents who live within the chapter borders and Tse Dáá K’áán (Hogback) registered voters can complete this survey produced by the Community-Based Land Use Plan Committee (CLUPC).
We encourage everyone in the TDK community to complete this survey so that we can collect our community feedback. The CLUPC’s goal is to compile local economic development strategies, statistics, and demographics into a document for the TDK Chapter to gain certification with Navajo Nation. By completing this survey we are able to get the most current data directly from our residents.
You can use the QR code or this link to complete the survey. https://forms.gle/xcdqVzrymEQE5LLz7
The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete.
CLUPC Committee: Paul George | Elliott Jim | Joey Tsosie | Laura Benally | Louise Peter
