The community will gain from the plan-development process in a number of ways, including:

  • To impart knowledge of the community land use planning process to the CLUP Committee, the Chapter leadership, and the community members. a planning procedure that may be used to purchase property for more neighborhood-based planning initiatives.
  • To support the development of community capacity by giving local Chapter leaders and community members more authority.
  • To spark curiosity, cultivate community support, and encourage community people to take part in the planning process.
  • To ensure that infrastructural systems are available for the projected expansion of the community.
  • To guarantee that the next generation has access to decent houses and enough room to live and develop.
  • The Community-based Land Use Plan should be “leveraged” in order to locate and acquire the resources required to carry out the intended development.
    The SURVEY is for TDK registered voters and those who live within the TDK Chapter boundaries.
